Shipping Policy

We will ship by carrier UPS or USPS (unless requested by customer) within 3-5 days of in stock items. We will notify you if something is back ordered. Any exchange shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for the following:

Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc). 
Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
